Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, especially for grooming services. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but pre-booking ensures your preferred time slot.

What should I bring for my pet's appointment?

Please bring any medications your pet takes, vaccination records if this is your first visit, and a favourite toy or blanket if your pet finds comfort in familiar items.

How do I prepare my pet for grooming?

A light meal several hours before the appointment is fine. Try to ensure your pet has had a bathroom break before arriving. Avoid applying any products to their coat.

What happens if my pet gets stressed?

Our team is trained in fear-free handling techniques. If your pet shows signs of excessive stress, we take breaks, use calming techniques, and in some cases may recommend splitting the service across multiple shorter sessions.

Can I stay during the service?

For most pets, staying nearby can actually increase anxiety. We find pets settle faster when their owners say a brief goodbye. However, we understand every situation is unique and can discuss alternatives if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service. Monthly care plans are billed on a recurring basis.
