All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us via email or other communication channels.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our staff, other animals, or itself. This includes pets showing signs of aggression, illness, or parasites. No refund will be provided if service is refused due to undisclosed conditions.
Our services do not constitute veterinary care. We are not qualified to diagnose or treat medical conditions. If we observe any health concerns during your pet's visit, we will notify you but we are not responsible for providing medical treatment.
In the event of a medical emergency while your pet is in our care, you authorise us to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf. You agree to reimburse us for any emergency veterinary costs incurred.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet, we cannot be held liable for any illness, injury, or death that occurs during or after services unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet to our property, equipment, or personnel. This includes damage caused by aggressive behaviour, parasites, or other issues that were not disclosed.
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for our services. However, we recommend that pet owners maintain their own pet insurance for additional coverage.
